Corrections policy

Material corrections should identify the page, disputed statement, current official source, and the date the source was checked.

Correction handling

A supported correction is recorded, the affected statement is updated or hidden, and related tools are checked again.

Statements that may cause material legal, financial, or immigration harm are removed from public view while they are investigated.

A public correction form is not enabled yet because collection, consent, retention, and routing have not been approved.
