How the evidence is handled
Research methodology
Every material immigration statement starts with a current official source and keeps the authority, source class, language, and last-checked date attached.
Source order
Statutes, regulations, decrees, gazettes, official immigration and foreign-affairs services, and official forms come first. Secondary material may help discovery but does not replace controlling evidence.
Uncertainty
Missing fields remain omitted or explicitly unknown. Consular variation, indexed values, and application discretion are stated near the affected claim.
Search visibility
A useful page may remain hidden from search engines until its sources, detail, web address, and quality checks are ready. Search visibility never changes what the page says.
