Privacy
The current tools run in the browser and do not ask for names, contact details, document numbers, or case files.
Tool inputs
The Finder can place route, country, dependent, presence, and language selections in the page URL for refresh and sharing. Directly opening or reloading that URL makes the query state part of the hosting request, so do not share it if the selections feel sensitive. The Calculator and Comparison keep their current selections in browser memory.
Aggregate web analytics
LatAm Plan uses Netlify Web Analytics, derived from Netlify CDN server-log data. LatAm Plan added no browser Analytics script, Analytics cookie, or custom Analytics endpoint. Netlify estimates visitors from distinct IP addresses by day, or by hour in the 24-hour view; these are estimates, not exact people. Netlify's current public documentation does not define bot filtering. Up to 30 days of recent history may be backfilled, so the initial dashboard is not prospective-only.
Query test and limits
An isolated synthetic test on 3 August 2026 grouped query variants under one clean page path and excluded the test query strings from the inspected Netlify Web Analytics page reports. That is observed provider behavior, not a contractual guarantee, and may be rechecked if the product changes. No Finder, Calculator, or Comparison values are intentionally sent by LatAm Plan application Analytics code. No custom events, replay, heatmaps, fingerprints, automatic form capture, or advertising retargeting are active.
No lead forms
No newsletter, account, lead form, or personalized case intake is active. Those features require a separately approved consent, retention, and routing workflow.
Hosting boundary
Netlify may process standard request, security, and Analytics data under its infrastructure policies. LatAm Plan does not create a raw or visitor-level Analytics archive or join Analytics with Search Console, Bing, tool selections, or personal records. Pageviews and IP-derived visitor estimates are aggregate signals, not proof of a completed tool task, conversion, qualified lead, or exact person.
