Citizenship and naturalization in Argentina
The current citizenship law describes naturalization for adults with two years of continuous, lawful residence immediately before applying. The current text defines continuity strictly and also contains a separate relevant-investment ground whose qualifying investments must be defined by the Ministry of Economy.
