Residence frameworkMost resident qualities are purpose-specific and time-limited, while the current rentier service is based on a permanent pension or rent. Applicants outside Peru and applicants changing status inside Peru use different procedures.Permanent residenceThe general permanent-residence change is a separate route for qualifying residents after three consecutive years in specified categories.
